It's been a wild ride🤯

After my last group Sound Ceremony, which was about following the path within and building self-trust, I was challenged to really apply this energy even more into my own life.

It was a rollercoaster ride of high's and low's :') and although the experience brought pain and sadness, it also helped me to notice in what areas of my life I'm not trusting my own inner knowing.

Thus I've been a bit quiet in connecting with you here lately as I've been deep 'in it' - but I'm back now yay!

Challenge Accepted

I would love to say that I'm the coach that's got it all figured out. But that stems from my ego. 

What I can say fully however, is that every challenge is a deeper initiation into becoming more of the woman that I am proud of. 

A woman that speaks her truth more and more
A woman that chooses herself more and more
A woman that honours her worth, needs and wisdom more and more

And all this has been refined over years and years...

I'm so happy that all of these challenges has made me into a woman that can be even more in service to humanity!

Before I began my healing journey, life was much harder. I didn't know how to turn my challenges into gold and every heartbreak knocked me flat.

Fast forward through 6 years of very, very deep healing, introspection and spending a lot of time and money on coaches, healers and courses (and a lot of blood, sweat and tears) - I now know how to alchemise my pain into power, not perfectly, still messy, but doing it.

I'm not perfect, but I'm so glad that I know how to reclaim my power and turn my challenges into wisdom and beautiful energy, to heal and nourish myself with (and I still have coaches and healers assist me - cause I believe we all need the support no matter where we are at in life!)

I am so grateful that I can coach from experience. Not from reading a book, or doing a course, but through lived, been there done that EXPERIENCE.
