Time: 6:30pm - 7:30pm (please arrive 10min early)

Location: Performing Arts Center, Mackay Northern Beaches State High school, 30 Rosewood Dr, Rural View (look for the pink flag in the garden)

Exchange: $25

REMINDER:

Please be sure to bring:

-Yoga mat/sponge mattress

-Blanket/towel, pillow

-Eye covering/scarf (very important!)

-Journal, pen

-Water bottle

-Crystals if you wish!

IMPORTANT

-Please arrive 10min before session to settle into the space

-Do not attend under the influence of drugs/alcohol (you will be asked to leave)

-This is an adults only class

-Please respect the space and other participants, quiet talking is ok :)

-Phones OFF/airplane mode

-No refunds policy - please note in the event that I have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances you will be refunded the full ticket amount, not including humantix fee.
