Payment & Participation Policy
Payment & Booking Policy
The investments you make in my Sound Therapy and Coaching sessions and/or programs are investments in yourself. These offerings are created with immense care, love, and energy, and have the potential to profoundly impact your life. Because of this, I have a clear and firm payment policy:
1:1 Sessions
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
The remaining balance is to be paid in person or online before or at the time of your session.
Group & Corporate Bookings
For private group, corporate, or multi-session bookings, a non-refundable deposit (amount depending on total cost) is required to secure your dates.
The remaining balance must be paid via bank transfer a minimum of 24 hours prior to the first session, unless otherwise agreed.
If multiple sessions are booked, your dates will be secured and reserved once the deposit is received. Changes or cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled session will result in forfeiture of that session and its payment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or request a refund within 24 hours of booking a 1:1 or private group session (excluding programs or courses). After this period, payments are non-refundable.
For 1:1 or private sessions, rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours prior to your session. Rescheduling within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the session and payment.
Courses, Programs & Payment Plans
Full payment is required at the time of booking for courses unless a payment plan is available. Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received.
If you choose a payment plan, you are entering a contractual agreement and are responsible for completing all payments, regardless of participation.
No refunds are provided for courses, programs, trainings, or retreats unless I am required to cancel or make significant changes.
Weather (Outdoor Sessions)
If weather conditions are unsuitable, sessions will be rescheduled or moved to an indoor location where possible.
If you are unable to attend the rescheduled session, a new date or credit will be offered.
Conduct & Participation
All offerings are designed to be safe and supportive environments. Respectful participation is expected.
If a participant is consistently disruptive or unable to engage respectfully, I reserve the right to remove them. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Access & Support (Programs)
It is your responsibility to attend sessions and engage with materials. Replays will be provided where applicable.
Access to content and support (e.g. Telegram) is available only for the duration outlined in the program details.
Any bonus 1:1 sessions must be used within the program timeframe or within 2 weeks of completion, unless otherwise agreed.
Agreement
By booking, making a payment, or participating in any of my offerings, you agree to these terms.
