Payment & Booking Policy
1:1 Sessions
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is to be paid a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Private Group & Corporate Bookings
For private group, corporate, or multi-session bookings, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date/s. The remaining balance is due via bank transfer 7 days prior to the first session, unless otherwise agreed.
For larger events, retreats, travel bookings, or highly customised offerings, a different payment schedule may apply.
Changes, Cancellations & Rescheduling
Private Group & Corporate Sessions: Changes or cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled session will result in the forfeiture of the session and its payment.
1:1 Sessions: Rescheduling or changes are permitted with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Changes made within 24 hours of a 1:1 session will result in the forfeiture of the session and payment.
Booking Grace Period: For both 1:1 and private group sessions, you may cancel and request a full refund within 24 hours of making your initial booking (excluding courses or programs). After this 24-hour window, all payments are strictly subject to the cancellation rules above.
Courses, Programs & Payment Plans
Full payment is required at the time of booking for courses unless a payment plan is available. Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received.
If you choose a payment plan, you are entering a contractual agreement and are responsible for completing all payments regardless of participation.
No refunds are provided for courses, programs, trainings, or retreats unless I am required to cancel or make significant changes, or as required under Australian Consumer Law.
Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances – Public Sessions
All ticket sales for Anzjuli Sound events are final.
Weather: In the event of rain or inclement weather, outdoor sessions will either move to an indoor venue or be postponed. If postponed, your ticket will automatically convert into a credit valid for 6 months. No refunds are issued for weather changes, except where strictly required under Australian Consumer Law guarantees.
Host Cancellation (Sickness/Emergency): If Anzjuli Sound must cancel a public session due to illness or an unexpected emergency, all ticket holders will be issued a credit voucher for the full amount, valid for 6 months.
Refund Discretion: Refunds are not provided under any circumstances unless required by law. Tickets are fully transferable; you may gift or sell your spot to a friend if you cannot attend a rescheduled date (please notify me if you do this in writing).
Wet Weather and Venue Contingency Clause – Corporate and Private Sessions
Client Responsibility: The Client is solely responsible for providing a safe, dry, and suitable environment for the sessions. For outdoor events, the Client must secure a covered, rain-proof indoor backup location.
Rain/Cancellation: If it rains and the Client does not have an indoor alternative, Anzjuli Sound reserves the right to refuse the session to protect electrical equipment and instruments. In this scenario, the full booking fee remains 100% payable, and no refunds or credits will be issued.
The 'Go/No-Go' Call: A final decision regarding outdoor setups must be made by the Client at least 3 hours prior to the event start time.
Host Sickness: In the rare event that the Facilitator is incapacitated by severe illness or injury, the event will be rescheduled at no extra cost to the Client. If a mutually agreeable date cannot be found, a full refund of all monies paid to date (including the 25% deposit and any final balance payments) will be returned to the Client within 7 - 14 business days.
Conduct & Participation
All offerings are designed to be safe and supportive environments. Respectful participation is expected. If a participant is consistently disruptive or unable to engage respectfully, I reserve the right to remove them from the session, program, or event. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Access & Support (Programs)
It is your responsibility to attend sessions and engage with materials. Replays will be provided where applicable. Access to program content and support (including Telegram or other support platforms) is available only for the duration outlined in the program details. Any bonus 1:1 sessions must be used within the program timeframe or within 2 weeks of completion, unless otherwise agreed.
Agreement
By booking, making payment, or participating in any of my offerings, you agree to these terms.
