What is Sound Healing?
~ Indulge in a serene Sound Healing experience, a gateway to unwind, rejuvenate, and mend the strains of daily life. Sound healing, celebrated for its ability to soothe stress, anxiety, and elevate mood, can work wonders, from alleviating high blood pressure to enhancing sleep quality.
Beyond its physical benefits, it's a transformative path to release energetic blockages, providing a sacred canvas for meditation and inner contemplation.
Each journey is unique and I look forward to seeing where the healing Sound Frequencies can take you!
DETAILS:
Time: 6:30pm - 7:30pm (please arrive 10min early)
Location: Performing Arts Center, Mackay Northern Beaches State High school, 30 Rosewood Dr, Rural View (look for the pink flag in the garden)
Please note the performing arts centre (PAC) is the big, black building on Rosewood drive - BUT access is only through Reed st (see the map and more detailed instructions on the humantix event page)

REMINDER:
Please be sure to bring:
-Yoga mat/sponge mattress to lie on
-Blanket/towel, pillow
-Eye covering/scarf (very important!)
-Journal, pen - if you feel called to journal/note take
-Water bottle
-Crystals if you wish!
IMPORTANT
-Please do not attend under the influence of drugs/alcohol (you will be asked to leave) It's also better to not consume these substances on the day and the day before the Sound Healing
-This is an adults only class
-Please respect the space and other participants, quiet talking ok
-Phones OFF/airplane mode
-No refunds policy - please note in the event that I have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances you will be refunded the full ticket amount, minus the humantix fee.
-To ensure a smooth and comfortable start, kindly arrive 10 minutes early as our session commences at 6:30 PM.
